MARIAH: BACK TO THE 90S (AGAIN)

A few weeks ago, Mariah Carey re-created her “Vision of Love” single cover in promo ads for her upcoming Las Vegas concerts (beginning this weekend). Now, new photos have surfaced of her going back to the 90s again to re-create the album cover and promo shots of her 1997 album Butterfly. Here are two more below, along with the original album cover and promo pic.




I’m liking the fact that recently (for her Las Vegas rehearsals), Mimi has been looking a lot like the 1990-1996 “Mariah” (the last time she looked like a white girl) while also recreating her turning point when Butterfly came out. She pretty much looks the same with a few changes to the jiggah-jah area.
